Domain names registered by XSystems Consultants with Nominet UK in the .uk space are subject to the Nominet Terms & Conditions which can be found via the URL http://www.nominet.org.uk/go/terms XSystems Counsultants Ltd is subject to the Nominet registrar agreement which can be found via the URL http://www.nominet.org.uk/become-registrar/registrar-agreement/registrar-agreement-contract If you do not hear from us with 10 days and believe there are grounds to complain about a breach of XSystems Consultants Ltd registrar agreement with nominet UK you may refer to either nominet dispute resolution service or complaints procedure via the following URLs http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes or http://www.nominet.org.uk/disputes/complaining-about-registrar/complaints-procedure If not please bear in mind XSystems Consultants Ltd is a UK company bound by UK law and accordingly will not act on behalf of non XSecHosting client 3rd parties with out due legal process, The following organisations may be able to help with legal advice. |
